Just sitting at home like most of you practicing my "Social Distancing"  Ran across some studies regarding the use of Exosomes in China for treatment of the severe pulmonary complications of COVID19. They used inhaled Exosomes with some success.
Having used Exosomes for hair growth and other things I found it to seem like a very plausible treatment.
Exosomes are vesicles made from mesenchymal stem cells that contain proteins, Messenger RNA, Micro-RNA, DNA and lipids that exhibit anti-inflammatory properties and decrease oxidative stress, increase ATP "for energy" and reduce alveolar edema.
There have already been interesting phase 1 and 2 studies for treatment of asthma, acute respiratory distress syndrome, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary hypertension.
I look for regenerative medicine to be the future of medicine and decrease the need to have a pill for not just every disease but every symptom of a disease.
In the meantime they have certainly helped with my hair growth and skin texture. "Yes" shallow cosmetic things but the potential for so much more.
